· In compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act of

Board meeting, or if you need a copy of the agenda and/or agenda packet

· If you have special transportation requirements and would
like to attend the meeting, please call WCCTAC (see phone numbers above) at

as there may be attendees susceptible to environmental illnesses.
· Please turn off all cellular phones and pagers during the
meeting.
· A meeting sign-in sheet will be circulated at the
meeting. Sign-in is optional.

Public Comment
At this time,
the public is welcome to address the TAC on any item which does not otherwise
appear on the agenda. Please fill out a
speaker card. Comments are limited to
three minutes per speaker. Speakers
shall follow the rules of common courtesy and decorum.

The sign-in sheet and meeting summary from the November meeting are attached.
4. Bicycle
and Pedestrian Projects in
Staff has prepared a spreadsheet
with bicycle and pedestrian projects in
WCCTAC Recommendation: Yes, the TAC will provide additional information and forward the spreadsheet to the WCCTAC Board for information.
5. Update
on the Subregional Transportation Mitigation Fee Program (STMP) and City/County
Presentations; Draft Cooperative Agreement and Ordinance ATTACHMENT and HANDOUT
Staff 20 minutes
Staff will provide an update on the STMP including:
a. Presentation schedule to cities/County.
b. Comments from cities/County.
c. Discussion of Draft Cooperative Agreement (Attachment; under simultaneous legal review) and Ordinance (Handout). Information to be presented to the WCCTAC Board at the January 27th meeting.
d. Scheduling second presentations with the cities/County to adopt the updated program, including the Cooperative Agreement and Ordinance.
WCCTAC Recommendation: Possibly.
6. Preliminary
Discussion of Project Prioritization for Measure J/STMP Projects Staff ATTACHMENT
and HANDOUT 20 minutes
Since Measure J and STMP revenues (assuming the updated STMP program is approved by the cities/County) will be generated over time, the TAC/WCCTAC will need to prioritize the project funding. This prioritization will need to take into account the CCTA bonding and other mechanisms for up front funding. The TAC will discuss criteria for prioritization and related items.
WCCTAC Recommendation: Possibly.
7. Walk
and
Nancy Baer will report on the progress of the survey and the workshop, and will request input from the TAC on several items related to the program.
