At this time,
the public is welcome to address the TAC on any item which does not otherwise
appear on the agenda. Please fill out a
speaker card. Comments are limited to
three minutes per speaker. Speakers
shall follow the rules of common courtesy and decorum.
3. Sign-In

The sign-in sheet and meeting summary from the January meeting are attached.
4. Update
on the Subregional Transportation Mitigation Fee Program (STMP) ATTACHMENT Staff 15 minutes
Staff will provide an update on the STMP including:
a. Comments from cities/County.
b. Memorandum comparing 1997 STMP to current update.
c. Additional land uses to consider (libraries, health centers or other public uses; event/convention centers; card rooms).
d. Other issues.

As a starting point for prioritizing projects in West County (for Measure J and the developer fee program STMP) and for identifying projects that may be high priority for potential state bond programs, staff prepared the attached chart of projects. Additional information is needed on most of the projects from the project sponsor(s). Please bring information to the meeting and be prepared to discuss priorities. Staff and the TAC will discuss criteria for project priorities (see attachment).

6. Walk
and
Nancy Baer and/or Shannon Ladner-Beasley will update the TAC on the Street WISE program and will request input on one or more of the components.

7. FY
06-07 TFCA, CMAQ, and Measure C Projects Linda Young, Transportation Project
Specialist ATTACHMENT 15 minutes
Staff will present the draft project descriptions for the TFCA, CMAQ, and Measure C projects for FY 06-07 and is seeking the TACs input.

Taxi Safety

As a follow-up to the discussion on this item at the February Board meeting, staff will present any recent updates on the issue.

9.
San Pablo
Avenue O & M Costs for FY 06-07 Staff ATTACHMENTS 10 minutes
Last year, the WCCTAC member agencies funded their proportionate shares of the San Pablo Avenue O & M costs through an add on to the WCCTAC dues. In FY 06-07 the costs will be higher because there are no funds remaining to offset the O & M costs as was the case in FY 05-06. Staff is seeking comments from the TAC on how to fund the San Pablo Avenue O & M costs for the next fiscal year.
