Public Comment
At this time,
the public is welcome to address the TAC on any item which does not otherwise
appear on the agenda. Please fill out a
speaker card. Comments are limited to
three minutes per speaker. Speakers
shall follow the rules of common courtesy and decorum.

4. Update
on the Subregional Transportation Mitigation Fee Program (STMP) ATTACHMENT Staff 15 minutes
Staff will provide an update on the STMP program and the timing for adoption of the updated program.

a. As a starting point for prioritizing projects in West County (for Measure J and the developer fee program STMP) and for identifying projects that may be high priority for potential state bond programs, staff prepared the attached chart of projects. Additional information was added at the March TAC meeting.
b. The TAC will discuss the draft Measure J funding policies, particularly the hybrid projects that may contain both operational and capital components.
c. Staff will update the TAC on the Request for Proposals to be issued for the preparation of the STMP Strategic Plan.

6. Street
WISE and Workshop Program Nancy Baer,
Nancy Baer and/or Shannon Ladner-Beasley will update the TAC on the Street WISE program and will request input on the agenda for the first workshop to be held on April 26th.

7. Lifeline
Transportation Program Grants Staff ATTACHMENT 15 minutes
Staff will present a brief overview of the Lifeline Transportation Grant program (now under the auspices of the CCTA). Please bring your grant ideas to the meeting so that project workscopes and possible collaboration can be discussed.

Budget and San Pablo Avenue O & M Costs for FY 06-07 Staff ATTACHMENTS

Staff will provide a brief overview of the budget documents that were approved by the WCCTAC Board at the March meeting for circulation to the member agencies. Included in the discussion will be the issue of O & M costs for the San Pablo Avenue Corridor project.
