At this time,
the public is welcome to address the TAC on any item which does not otherwise
appear on the agenda. Please fill out a
speaker card. Comments are limited to
three minutes per speaker. Speakers
shall follow the rules of common courtesy and decorum.

The sign-in sheet and meeting summary from the June meeting are attached.

a. Measure J Strategic Plan and STMP (Developer Fee) Strategic Plan Draft timeline attached. The TAC will review the timeline and start discussion of the projects, Fact Sheets, and prioritization criteria.
b. The TAC will discuss the hybrid projects that may contain both operational and capital components. This primarily involves the bus transit/express bus programs.
c. Other issues related to Measure J and/or the Developer Fee Program (Growth Management Program, Actions Plans, etc.)
WCCTAC Recommendation: Yes.
5. State
Bonds for Transportation Projects Staff ATTACHMENT 10 minutes
Initial discussion of the State Transportation Bond (Proposition 1B) and project categories, funding amounts, and timeline.
WCCTAC Recommendation: Possibly.
6. Street
WISE and Workshop Program Nancy Baer,
Nancy Baer and/or Shannon Ladner-Beasley will update the TAC on the Street WISE program.
WCCTAC Recommendation: To be determined.
