RE: SUMMARY OF THE JULY 13TH TAC MEETING
The following is a summary of the July 13th WCCTAC-TAC meeting. The sign-in sheet is attached.
1. Strategic Plans for Measure J and STMP Projects – The Strategic Plans need to be developed in concert as most projects are in both Measure J and the STMP update. The TAC discussed the timeline, Fact Sheets, “hybrid” projects, and other issues. Dowling Associates will distribute the Fact Sheets to the project sponsors by Tuesday. Drafts of the Fact Sheets should be returned to Dowling by Thursday (July 20). Further discussion of the prioritization criteria, Fact Sheets, etc. will take place at the next meeting.
2. State Bonds for Transportation Projects – Discussed in the context of the Strategic Plan preparation.
3. Street WISE Program Update – Nancy Baer and Shannon Ladner-Beasley updated the TAC on the Street WISE program and upcoming events.
4. There were no pubic comments; no additional business was discussed.
