2.      Public Comment

 

      At this time, the public is welcome to address the TAC on any item which does not otherwise appear on the agenda.  Please fill out a speaker card.  Comments are limited to three minutes per speaker.  Speakers shall follow the rules of common courtesy and decorum.

 

 

 

3.      Sign-In Sheet and Meeting Summary from the July 25, 2006 Meeting – ATTACHMENT

 

The sign-in sheet and meeting summary from the July 25 meeting are attached.

 

4.      Continued Discussion on the West County Transportation Projects and Funding Sources – Staff – ATTACHMENTS and HANDOUT – 40 minutes

 

a.                         Background documents are ATTACHED for reference, including the CCTA PowerPoint presentation from the WCCTAC Board meeting (Separate Attachment).

b.                        Recommendations submitted by the TAC and approved by the WCCTAC Board at the July 25th meeting – ATTACHMENT

c.                         Project Fact Sheets – Priority is the preparation of the Fact Sheets for the Measure J Strategic Plans.  Dowling Associates and project sponsors – please bring the latest Fact Sheets (and copies) for discussion at the meeting.

d.                        Discussion and recommendation regarding projects for the Measure J bond funds (approximately $49 Million for West County).

e.                         Other issues related to Measure J and/or the Developer Fee Program.

 

WCCTAC Recommendation:       Yes.

 

5.      State Infrastructure Bond for Transportation – Staff – ATTACHMENTS and Possible Handout(s) – 20 minutes

 

Staff and the TAC will discuss the State Infrastructure Bond for Transportation that is on the November ballot, and how the Infrastructure Bond funding may coordinate with Measure J and STMP fee funding.

 

WCCTAC Recommendation:      To be determined.

 

6.      Project Updates – Staff and TAC Members – 5 minutes
