Discussion of the West County Transportation Projects and Funding Sources
(Measure J and Subregional Transportation Mitigation Fee Program STMP)
Staff and Consultants HANDOUT(S) 35 minutes
a. Review growth assumptions and revised cash flow projections for STMP projects.
b. Compare initial cash flow projections to project funding needs as identified in the Project Fact Sheets and how the cash flow affects projects that are in both Measure J and the STMP.
c. Discuss creative funding options based on potential project funding shortfalls identified in specific fiscal years.
d. Finalize WCCTAC Board recommendation for the September 29th meeting.
e. Other issues related to Measure J and/or the STMP.

of the I-80 CCIT/WCCTAC Workshop and State Infrastructure Bond for Transportation
Staff HANDOUT(S) 15 minutes
A brief summary of the Workshop will be provided at the meeting along with the proposed next steps. Current information on the Infrastructure Bond will also be discussed.
