2.      Public Comment

 

      At this time, the public is welcome to address the TAC on any item which does not otherwise appear on the agenda.  Please fill out a speaker card.  Comments are limited to three minutes per speaker.  Speakers shall follow the rules of common courtesy and decorum.

4.      State Infrastructure Bond – I-80 Corridor System Management Project – Anush Nejad, Kimley-Horn – Attachments – 30 minutes

        

         Background materials are attached.  Anush Nejad from Kimley Horn will discuss the scope of the I-80 Corridor Project that is being proposed by Alameda and Contra Costa CMAs for the State Infrastructure Bond in the CMIA category. 

 

         The scope of services for the Enhanced System Engineering and Management Plan (SEMP) is attached.  Please be prepared to provide comments on this document at the meeting.

 

WCCTAC Recommendation:       To be determined.

 

5.      Summary of Recommendation to the WCCTAC Board Regarding Measure J and Subregional Transportation Mitigation Fee Projects – Staff – Handouts – 10 minutes

 

Staff will summarize the recommendation to the WCCTAC Board regarding the priority projects for Measure J and the STMP.

6.      Follow Up to Workshop with California Center for Innovative Technology and WCCTAC – John Rudolph – 10 minutes

 

         As discussed at the workshop, WCCTAC staff will be compiling a library of studies and data related to the I-80 corridor.  In order to expedite this process, please bring copies of any relevant and recent (within the past five years) documents to the meeting.  This information will assist consultants in current and future project planning.

 

         WCCTAC Recommendation:   None required.

 

7.      Current El Cerrito Grant Projects – Melanie Mintz - 20 minutes

 

A.     TLC – San Pablo Avenue Streetscape, Pedestrian Access and Corridor Revitalization.

B.     Safe Routes to Transit – Ohlone Greenway Safety Project

C.     TDA Article 3 – Bicycle Locker, Lane and Safety Project

D.     Bicycle Transportation Grant – Electronic Bike Lockers at City Hall and Del Norte BART Station
