Staff Recommendation: Approve the August 2006 minutes.

Staff reports from the Managing Director, Management Assistant, and Transportation Project Specialist for September are attached.

5. Transportation for Livable Communities – Results of the MTC
Program and Contra Costa Program Applications

ü The TLC Call for Projects and Application are on the CCTA website at www.ccta.net (Planning/Transportation for Livable Communities Program). The application deadline is October 13, 2006.

6. Continuation of Internship with Brock Winsted – ATTACHMENT
Attached is a letter to Assemblywoman Loni Hancock. WCCTAC is funding a portion of Brock Winsted’s salary to continue work on the San Pablo Avenue Corridor.
Staff Recommendation: Approve the continued internship through December 2006 (budgeted for FY 06-07).
