2.      Public Comment

 

      At this time, the public is welcome to address the TAC on any item which does not otherwise appear on the agenda.  Please fill out a speaker card.  Comments are limited to three minutes per speaker.  Speakers shall follow the rules of common courtesy and decorum.

3.      Sign-In Sheet and Meeting Summary from the September 26, 2006 Meeting – ATTACHMENT

 

The sign-in sheet and meeting summary from the September 26th meeting are attached.

 

 

4.      State Infrastructure Bond – I-80 Integrated Corridor Mobility Project – Staff  – HANDOUTS – 10 minutes

        

         Staff will present any further information on the project that is being recommended for funding in the State Infrastructure Bond Corridor Mobility Investment Account category.  Note:  This item is on the San Pablo Avenue SMART Corridor TAC meeting agenda (Tuesday, October 10th at 2:00 pm at the Alameda CMA offices).

 

WCCTAC Recommendation:       To be determined.

 

 

5.      Measure J and Subregional Transportation Mitigation Fee Projects; STMP Strategic Plan – Staff – HANDOUTS – 20 minutes

 

The TAC will continue discussions on the Project Fact Sheets (and revisions to align with the funding approved by the WCCTAC Board at the September 29th meeting); potential project shortfalls and other project funding sources/mechanisms; and prioritization of  projects in the STMP.

 

WCCTAC Recommendation:   Not at this time.

 

 

6.      San Pablo Avenue Community Planning – John Rudolph and BrockWinstead – 10 minutes

 

         A Caltrans Planning grant is being prepared for the San Pablo Avenue Community Planning activities.  Staff will provide an update on the process and the application.

 

         WCCTAC Recommendation:   For information only.

 

 

7.      FY 07-08 TDM Projects – Linda Young – ATTACHMENTS - 15 minutes

 

Linda Young will discuss the project ideas for the FY 07-08 Transportation Fund for Clean Air/Measure C projects.
