Public Comment
At this time,
the public is welcome to address the TAC on any item which does not otherwise
appear on the agenda. Please fill out a
speaker card. Comments are limited to
three minutes per speaker. Speakers
shall follow the rules of common courtesy and decorum.

The sign-in sheet and meeting summary from the December 14th meeting are attached.
4. Subregional
Transportation Mitigation Fee Program (STMP) Strategic Plan – Staff –
HANDOUT(S) – 30 minutes
The TAC will continue discussions on the STMP (Developer Fees) Strategic Plan. The draft Strategic Plan was distributed at the December TAC meeting. Please forward comments as soon as possible. To date we have only received a few comments.
Staff will present a draft updated funding table with other sources and local funds referenced. This will be the primary discussion item regarding the STMP Strategic Plan.
WCCTAC Recommendation: Not at this time.
5. Action
Plan Work Program – Staff and CCTA Staff – ATTACHMENT – 15 minutes
The TAC had a preliminary discussion regarding this item at the December meeting. However, with CCTA staff in attendance, the TAC will discuss the Action Plan Updates and the draft work program that has been prepared by CCTA staff and circulated to the RTPCs for discussion.
WCCTAC Recommendation: Not at this time.
6. Measure
J Model Growth Management Element – Circulation Draft – CCTA Staff – SEPARATE
ATTACHMENT – 30 minutes
The Measure J Growth Management Program requires that each jurisdiction adopt a Growth Management Element (GME) to its General Plan. Attached is the circulation draft and comments are due February 9th. Please review the document prior to the TAC meeting and bring questions or comments for discussion.
WCCTAC Recommendation: Yes, for the January 26th meeting.
