At this time,
the public is welcome to address the TAC on any item which does not otherwise
appear on the agenda. Please fill out a
speaker card. Comments are limited to
three minutes per speaker. Speakers
shall follow the rules of common courtesy and decorum.

4. Subregional
Transportation Mitigation Fee Program (STMP) Financing Staff POSSIBLE HANDOUT(S) 15 minutes
Staff will present a verbal report on the STMP project financing and other issues.
WCCTAC Recommendation: Not at this time.
5. San
Pablo Avenue Infill Housing Project Staff ATTACHMENT 20 minutes
Attached is a revised information
sheet and drawing of the San Pablo Avenue Working Group and the infill,
affordable, car-less project that staff has been working on. Staff encourages the local jurisdiction TAC
members to bring information about available parcels on or adjacent to
WCCTAC Recommendation: Possibly.

Hilltop
Overcrossing Reconstruction Project Rich Davidson, City of
Rich Davidson will present information regarding Caltrans reconstruction of the Hilltop Overcrossing on I-80.
WCCTAC Recommendation: Not at this time.
7.
Safe Routes
to Transit Call for Projects and Project Ideas Staff - SEPARATE ATTACHMENT 15 minutes
The Safe Routes to Transit grant application materials are attached. The TAC will discuss potential project ideas and multi-jurisdictional project ideas. The applications are due on April 3, 2007.
WCCTAC Recommendation: Not at this time.
