1.      Welcome and Self-Introductions – Lisa Hammon, Chair

 

 

2.      Public Comment

 

      At this time, the public is welcome to address the TAC on any item which does not otherwise appear on the agenda.  Please fill out a speaker card.  Comments are limited to three minutes per speaker.  Speakers shall follow the rules of common courtesy and decorum.

 

 

3.      Sign-In Sheet and Meeting Summary from the April 12, 2007 Meeting – ATTACHMENT

 

The sign-in sheet and meeting summary from the April 12th meeting are attached.

 

 

4.      Updating the Comprehensive Transportation Project List (CTPL) – CCTA  Staff – ATTACHMENT – 20 minutes

 

CCTA Staff will present the information on the CTPL and how the TAC members will be involved in updating the list.

 

WCCTAC Recommendation:   Not at this time.

 

 

5.            Application for FOCUS Priority Development Area Designation – Staff – ATTACHMENT – 20 minutes

 

Staff will present information on the FOCUS Priority Development Area (PDA) Designation. 

 

Preliminary staff ideas regarding PDAs in West County (for discussion by the TAC):

 

a.                   San Pablo Avenue Corridor from El Cerrito to Crockett with the following “nodes of interest” – El Cerrito Plaza BART Station; Del Norte BART Station; 23rd Street in San Pablo; Contra Costa College; Pinole Downtown; Hercules Waterfront/Intermodal Station; Hercules New Town Center; and Rodeo Downtown.

b.                  Richmond Transit Village/Macdonald Avenue.

c.                   Richmond Waterfront/Ferry.

d.                  El Sobrante Downtown/San Pablo Dam Road.

e.                  Others....

 

 

WCCTAC Recommendation:   Not at this time.

 

 

6.            I-80 Integrated Corridor Mobility Project – Staff – ATTACHMENT – 20 minutes

 

a.                         John Rudolph will make a short (less than 10 minutes) presentation on “Part 2” of the project components (the same presentation that was made to the WCCTAC Board).

b.                        Verbal reports will be provided on: the RFP for Project Development; Funding; O & M; and Timeline.

 

WCCTAC Recommendation:   Not at this time.

a.       Update on WCCTAC FY 07-08 Budget and scheduling presentations to the member agency Boards/Councils

b.      STMP Financing and Strategic Plan

c.       Taxi Driver Safety Program and Ordinance

d.      Street WISE

e.       Bicycle/Pedestrian Issues/Bike Locker update

f.        Bus Shelter/Bus Bench Program and bus stop inventory

g.       Casino Traffic Study status report

h.       San Pablo Avenue “green,” affordable, infill housing project

j.        Infrastructure Bond funds
