2.            Public Comment

 

         At this time, the public is welcome to address the TAC on any item which does not otherwise appear on the agenda.  Please fill out a speaker card.  Comments are limited to three minutes per speaker.  Speakers shall follow the rules of common courtesy and decorum.

4.      West County Action Plan Update – Mike Mowery and Paul Krupka, Kimley-Horn – SEPARATE ATTACHMENT – 45 minutes

 

a.   Table 1 (TSO Results Summary), Table 2 (2005 CMP Results Summary), and Table 3 (Proposed Actions for the 2008 Update) are attached.  Staff and Mike Mowery will walk the TAC through the tables and solicit feedback.  Please review the tables and bring your comments to the meeting.

b.   “Mock ups” showing design of the Action Plan Executive Summary and the document will be previewed at the meeting.

5.            FOCUS Priority Development Area Applications and Status Report – Staff – ATTACHMENT– 5 minutes

 

Staff will present a summary of the applications that were submitted for the FOCUS Priority Development Area (PDA) Designation, including the San Pablo Avenue Corridor application, as well as an update on the selection process.  Also, the cities need to provide a Resolution of Support (see attached Sample).

6.            2008 STIP Applications and Status Report – Staff – ATTACHMENT – 5 minutes

 

Staff will present a summary of the applications that were submitted for the 2008 State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP).

 

WCCTAC Recommendation:   Not at this time.

 

 

7.            I-80 Integrated Corridor Mobility Project – Staff – HANDOUT – 10 minutes

 

a.                         Staff will present a status report.

b.                        John Rudolph will present an “Exhausting the Toolbox” exercise to consider past congestion mitigation measures that have been implemented or future congestion mitigation measures that are planned.

 

WCCTAC Recommendation:   Not at this time.

 

 

8.            Status Report on the Countywide Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan Update – Brad Beck, CCTA and Niko Letunic, Eisen/Letunic – ATTACHMENT – 15 minutes

 

CCTA staff and the consultant will present an update on the Countywide Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan and requirements from the TAC during the update process.

 

 WCCTAC Recommendation:   Not at this time.
