speaker card. Comments are limited to
three minutes per speaker. Speakers
shall follow the rules of common courtesy and decorum.

4. Review
the Vision and Goals for the Draft 2008 Countywide Comprehensive Transportation
Plan Update – ATTACHMENT – 15 minutes
The Board Letter from the CCTA Planning Committee packet is attached, along with “Chapter 3 – Vision, Goals, and Strategies” from the 2004 CTP Update. The Regional Transportation Planning Committees have been asked to review and comment on this information in the context of the Action Plan Updates.
WCCTAC Recommendation: Possibly.
5. Issues and Options for the Expenditure of T-PLUS Funds – Staff – ATTACHMENT – 15 minutes
The second cycle of the T-PLUS funding is underway. CCTA has requested comments from the RTPCs on the options for allocating the second cycle funds, given the difficulty in spending the first cycle funds. Staff is seeking the TAC’s comments on the issue and notification of potential T-PLUS projects in West County.
WCCTAC Recommendation: Possibly.
6.
Establishment
of Grade Separation Priority List – Staff – ATTACHMENT– 15 minutes
The Public Utilities Commission is establishing a highway-rail Grade Separation Priority List for FY 08-09 and possibly FY 09-10. The Program Announcement is attached. The full funding application and further information will be distributed at the meeting. The applications are due October 19, 2007. The TAC will discuss potential projects.
WCCTAC Recommendation: Not at this time.
