Public Comment
At this time,
the public is welcome to address the TAC on any item which does not otherwise
appear on the agenda. Please fill out a
speaker card. Comments are limited to
three minutes per speaker. Speakers
shall follow the rules of common courtesy and decorum.

The TAC will review, comment, and provide input on the Administrative Draft of the West County Action Plan Update. At the December meeting, the TAC discussed many of the major corridors and regional routes. At this meeting, using the Administrative Draft that was distributed in December, the TAC will review San Pablo Avenue, State Route 4, San Pablo Dam Road and the Major Arterials (23rd Street, Appian, Carlson, Central, Cummings, Cutting, El Portal, and Willow). Please bring your Administrative Draft West County Action Plan Update from last month, or copies will be available at the meeting.
WCCTAC Recommendation: Not at this time.
5. STIP Priority List for MTCs Regional Transportation Plan Staff and CCTA staff 40 minutes ATTACHMENTS and HANDOUT
CCTA is asking the Regional Transportation Planning Committees and transit operators to provide a prioritized list of STIP projects for the next 25 years that will illustrate to MTC the need to preserve Contra Costas discretion over its STIP funds. A list of evaluation criteria for prioritization is included in the RTPC letter on Page 2. Staff will review the list of projects and bring further information and a potential prioritized list of projects to the TAC meeting for input.
WCCTAC Recommendation: Yes. The WCCTAC Board scheduled an additional January meeting (see below) to discuss this item.
