Amendment #3
to the Consulting Services Agreement Between WCCTAC and VBN Architects, Inc.
for Architectural Services Related to the Café Tenant Improvements at the
Richmond Intermodal Station Building Construction and Letter Agreement with the
Richmond Redevelopment Agency – ATTACHMENTS
Amendment #2 adds to the Scope of Services for design and project oversight of the Café Tenant Improvements, extends the term of the Agreement to December 31, 2007, and sets the total amount of fees paid not to exceed $239,985. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain the same.
Also attached is a Letter Agreement with the Richmond Redevelopment Agency for funding for the VBN work identified in Amendment #3.
Staff Recommendation: Authorize the Chair to sign the Amendment and the Letter Agreement in substantially the same form as presented herein.

The WCCTAC-TAC
appointed the following members to the CCTA TCC: Jerry Bradshaw, City of

Discussion Regarding the FY

At the March meeting, the Board designated an ad-hoc budget subcommittee to meet with the Managing Director and advise the full Board on issues related to the budget. The committee met twice and its recommendations are incorporated in the attached Staff Report. In addition, the comprehensive budget is attached (separate attachment). There are several major budget-related issues for the Board to discuss.
Staff Recommendation: Board discussion and action as appropriate; distribution of the draft budget and related items to the member agencies for review and comment prior to the June 29th WCCTAC Board meeting.
