4. West
County Action Plan Update Review Comments Submitted Since February 29th
Draft and Review New Climate Change Language SEPARATE ATTACHMENT and SEPARATE
MAIL-OUT Staff and Consultants Approximately 30 minutes
The TAC will review, comment, and provide input on comments received on the Draft of the West County Action Plan Update. Comments have been summarized on the attached table. Climate Change language will be emailed for review prior to the meeting.
Please bring the February 29th Circulation Draft Action Plan to the meeting or copies will be available at the meeting.
WCCTAC Recommendation: Yes.

Funding,
As a follow up to the presentation by Carolyn Clevenger at the February Board meeting, and the submittal of projects for the Trade Corridors Improvement Fund, the TAC will discuss the potential benefits and impacts of expanded rail service in West Contra Costa and related topics (truck traffic, mitigations, and next steps), including:
