RE:             SUMMARY OF THE FEBRUARY 14TH TAC MEETING

 

At today’s TAC meeting, the following items were discussed:

 

·        Discussed the Circulation Draft Update of the West County Action Plan.  CCTA’s consultant is in the process of modeling the MTSOs and will have information for the May TAC packet.  Comments received by the TAC were discussed, along with new “Climate Change” language.  At the May meeting, the comments will be incorporated and the MTSO modeling will be discussed.  It is anticipated that the document will be forwarded to the WCCTAC Board for final approval at the May 30th meeting.

·        Linda Young presented an update on bicycle racks installed throughout West County and will prepare a map of the racks once installation is complete.

·        Project Updates:

a.       John Rudolph presented an update on the TLSP funding and distributed the list of project applications received by the CTC.

b.      Nancy Baer presented information on Richmond’s General Plan Update and the 23rd Street project.

·        The Update on TCIF Funding, Port of Oakland Expansion Plans, and Other Train/Truck Issues Affecting West County was postponed to a future meeting.

 

 

The next TAC meeting will be on May 15th (NOTE DATE CHANGE)

at 9 am at the City of San Pablo.

 

The next WCCTAC Board meeting will be on Friday,

April 25, 2008 at 7:30 am.
