It is our mission to address the complex and multifaceted transportation needs of West Contra Costa County by providing leadership, vision and public policy development to create a comprehensive and cohesive transportation program that responds to our communities' present and future needs.
WCCTAC Board meetings are held the 4th Friday of each month from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
WCCTAC Technical Advisory Committee meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
WCCTAC is one of four Regional Transportation Planning Committees (RTPCs) in Contra Costa County and represents the West Contra Costa County sub-area.
WCCTAC plans to return to in-person meetings in March. The TAC meeting on March 9 will be held in the WCCTAC office, while the Board meeting on March 24 will be held in the El Cerrito Council Chambers. Staff is exploring the hybrid meeting option with El Cerrito staff.

In response to its Request for Proposal (RFP 22-001) WCCTAC has selected the Fehr and Peers team to help develop the Richmond Parkway Environmental Justice and Regional Mobility Plan.
